April 2024. Tera Ventures and Karista back the line-marking robot's push into America.
10Lines raised a €1.5 million round in April 2024 to expand in the United States, led by Tera Ventures and Karista with Butterfly Ventures taking part.
A striper with no one pushing it
10Lines builds autonomous robots that mark parking lots and roads. The company says they work up to seven times faster than manual striping. The robot follows a digital layout instead of a chalk line and a tape measure.
Why the U.S.
America has a lot of asphalt and a lot of lots that get restriped every year or two. That makes it the obvious market for a robot that sells on speed and straight lines.
