J2L Holding buys Conjet, the hydrodemolition robot maker

Sweden, June 2026. Conjet keeps running on its own and adds HYDRO Companion software in September.

J2L Holding completed its acquisition of Conjet on 17 June 2026. Conjet said it will keep operating independently inside the J2L group.

Water instead of jackhammers

Conjet builds hydrodemolition robots that cut concrete away with high-pressure water. The method leaves the rebar in place and avoids the micro-cracks a breaker leaves in the concrete that stays. Conjet says one robot can match up to 25 jackhammer operators.

Software next

In September 2026 Conjet introduced HYDRO Companion, a platform for job planning, machine monitoring, service and AI support. Jetstream, the waterblasting equipment maker, also announced a partnership with Conjet.
