ICON puts Titan up for sale to builders

Austin, 11 March 2026. For the first time a builder can own ICON's printer, pump, software and training as one program.

ICON announced the commercial launch of Titan on 11 March 2026. Until now ICON's printers mostly worked on jobs ICON ran or partnered on. Titan is the first time a builder can buy the system and run it.

What the program includes

ICON describes Titan as a multi-story robotic construction system. The program bundles the printer, a dedicated pump, materials, the BuildOS software, training and ongoing service. ICON's program page lists the system and pump at $899,000, a 27-foot build height and an extrusion speed of 16 inches per second.

ICON says Titan can deliver multi-story wall systems for roughly $20 per square foot, which it calls a potential 40% cut against industry-reported averages, and can print a 2,500-square-foot home in under seven days.

Reservations and first jobs

Reservations take a $5,000 deposit. ICON expects customer training to start in Q3 2026 and first deliveries in early 2027. Its first planned Titan projects are homes at Mobile Loaves & Fishes' Community First! Village, a 35-foot printed church in Texas designed by Overland Partners, and a 60-plus-home development in Austin designed by BIG.

ICON says it has completed more than 245 homes and structures to date. Titan is the bet that the next few hundred get printed by builders who own the machine.
