10QX crawler coats up to 600 m² an hour

Qlayers’ own news post introduces the 10QX as a fully integrated industrial coating system built around a high-speed crawler with an onboard spray gun. Company rate: up to 600 square meters per hour.

Patented spray shielding is said to capture overspray and improve transfer efficiency, with paint consumption cuts of up to 35 percent. A 2K pump paint system and remote control keep operators off height and out of the spray cloud. Targets: internal and external tanks, dry docks, offshore assets.
