July 2025. A seed round for the robot that installs curtain-wall brackets from a lift.
Raise Robotics closed a $7.75 million seed round on 30 July 2025, led by MaC Venture Capital with Undivided Ventures, Cybernetix Ventures, Zacua Ventures and Union Labs. ENR reported total funding of $11.8 million.
Curtain-wall work on a lift
Raise's robot rides a lift along a slab edge and does the facade prep: layout, scanning, drilling, fastening and installing the brackets the curtain wall hangs on. That is precise, repetitive work done at the edge of a building.
A hospital job as proof
Construction Owners reported that the company validated the system on a project at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. The seed money goes into the multipurpose, lift-mounted platform.
