June 2025. The latest version of the subcomponent assembler gets a new HMI and a redesigned nail feed.
Terminailer released its v.8 in 2025, with a June 2025 product flyer. It is a semi-automated assembler for the subcomponents in wood-framed wall panels: headers, corners, channels and the like.
Where it fits
Terminailer says the machine drives 30 to 70 percent of the framing nails in a typical wall-panel job and that one operator can replace up to four manual assemblers. It is not a fully autonomous framing robot. The operator feeds parts and the machine places and fires.
What changed in v.8
The v.8 adds a new HMI, a redesigned nail feed, EverWin 90-PAL nail guns and improved pneumatics. Wood Tech Systems sells the line. Builder's Film Studio, the studio behind Future of Built, has produced video on the v.8.
