The Facade Tectonics Institute’s 2026 World Congress is September 28–October 2 in Pittsburgh. Paper presentations run September 30–October 1 at the Courtyard by Marriott Pittsburgh University Center, with sessions at Carnegie Mellon.
Most of the program is glass, cladding, and performance. The FoB piece is fabrication and the Robots and Construction workshop hosted by CMU’s School of Architecture.
AIA LU|HSW credit is on offer. The useful meetings are the ones that put a robot or a CNC cell next to a real facade detail.
