BuiltWorlds 2026 Robotics Top 50 frames Jaibot as Hilti's autonomous ceiling drill developed with Norwegian firm nLink. nLink's drill autonomy is the engineering behind that BIM-to-hole workflow so MEP crews are not on lifts with hammers for every hanger point.

Ceiling holes still have to hit the coordinated model. nLink's published role is the autonomy that makes that hit repeatable when Hilti rolls Jaibot onto the deck.
