About £350,000 in new equity plus conversion of about £865,000 in loans.
On 27 June 2025 EMV Capital said Q-Bot had closed a first tranche of about £350,000 in a planned equity fundraising of up to £1 million. Around £865,000 of convertible loans and interest converted at the same time.
Leaner company
EMV Capital said the money supports Q-Bot's growth plan after its move to a lean technology business. EMV's Dr Ilian Iliev called it an important first closing after a challenging period.
Later round
Funding Spotter reported on 27 October 2026 that Q-Bot raised a further £371.8k at a £4.7 million post-money valuation.
Why it matters
Retrofit robots have to earn their way. Q-Bot's rounds show how hard building that business is.
